COMMUNITY OF IMPACT
OVERVIEW
The Community of Impact is a group of representatives from the non-profit sector in Singapore interested in impact management. It was started in 2017 and is facilitated by Just Cause and Conjunct Consulting.
We meet on a regular basis to share information and discuss issues related to impact management. Several case studies shared by members have been documented here. Sign up to our newsletter if you are interested to get involved.
CONFERENCE
In May 2018, the Community of Impact hosted a conference for over 60 representatives from government, donors, non-profits, and intermediaries. We discussed the state of impact measurement in the non-profit sector in Singapore; shared examples and lessons learned; and explored possible ways to collaborate in the future.
A SHARED SET OF PRINCIPLES FOR IMPACT
In several countries around the world, non-profits and partners have come together to agree upon codes of conduct and best practices for impact management - for example, the Inspiring Impact programme in the UK. We are currently exploring with partners how we might apply this approach in the Singapore context.
