Esther is a philanthropy professional with experience at various grant-making entities in Singapore, where she has covered a broad spectrum of responsibilities including donor relations and grant management. In her current role, Esther works to advance the mission of a private foundation in the areas of partnership building, and managing grant-making programmes. Esther is glad to contribute as a volunteer as she believes that the work of Just Cause is vital to strengthening the non-profit ecosystem in Singapore. Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
