We provide an independent assessment of programmes so that non-profit organisations can be clear about where and how they deliver impact.
Our approach to programme evaluation focuses on providing practical recommendations based on a data collection process that is simple and appropriate in context. We typically structure our analysis around a theory of change framework. Data collection involves consulting with a range of stakeholders, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
The result is a report summarising the impact of the programme and the successes and challenges relating to the programme's implementation. Most importantly, we list out tangible recommendations for further improvement.
