Thea has five years of management consulting experience, including three years at McKinsey and Company in South-East Asia where she focused on economic development, public sector, and capacity building projects. She believes deeply in working with mission-driven organisations for social good and most recently was a strategy consultant with Impossible Foods in Asia. She is excited to work with Just Cause to maximise social impact in the non-profit sector.

Thea has a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University and is currently working towards a Double Masters Degree in Public Policy from the University of Tokyo and the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po).
