KWEK JIM SEE

Jim See has more than 20 years of experience in the private, public and people sectors. She spent the early years of her career in consulting, primarily in strategy development and management of change with Ernst & Young, NCS Pte Ltd.  

 

With a strong track record of leading and developing teams, and managing large-scale projects in the private & public sectors, she switched to the non-profit sector in 2012 to lead strategic partnerships and consulting in the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL). Most recently, Jim See was the head of Pumpkin Lab, National Council of Social Service, to drive innovation and productivity in the social service sector. 

 

Jim See has a Social Sciences degree from NUS and a master degree in Organisational Psychology from Baruch College, City University of New York. She makes time to travel, dance and ponder about possibilities.
